Name: Lyra Dalea Calor-Vapos. Daughter of Alana Dalea Vapos (ne Calor) and Pulot Vapos.

Age: 22 (as of Book 1, Day 1)

Height: Tall. Notably tall. 5'11" or taller. She’s not gangly or awkward but she is still growing a bit.

Physical Description: Smooth ebony skin, unburned from sun exposure (trained indoors, protected in mountains). Long, intricate braids, twisted from the nape of her neck and secured on top of her head with bright fabric. Black glass goggles (worn pushed up on forehead). New-style cool gear, custom-fitted. Moves with precision and economy — trained, not casual.

Personality: Observant without being intrusive, Lyra Dalea Calor-Vapos asks sharp questions but listens harder. She carries worry like a stone in her pocket (visible in foot-tapping, lip-biting, the way she tracks others' gauges). Newly promoted to Lecter Guild Five — still healing from the tattoo marks, still learning to trust her own judgment. Loves animals (dogs especially). Thinks in systems. Teaches through example, not lecture. Has Mari's quiet strength but not yet Mari's certainty. Worries she's not good enough but does the thing anyway.
